McDuffy Mixer

The McDuffy mixer system is designed for bakery and grain science applications that require greater mechanical mixing energy than standard commercial mixers can provide. Utilizing a specialized bowl design with a central rod and a unique rotating mixing attachment, the McDuffy mixer is commonly used for mixing higher-protein doughs made from hard wheat in research, testing, and educational environments.
